For superior client service, we assign one project architect at the onset of each project who will remain constantly and intimately involved until final completion and beyond, providing our clients with careful, comprehensive management of every aspect of their project. VPS believes strongly in an open design process and we generally propose a series of on-site public design charrettes (fun, intensive, hands-on design work sessions) to accomplish much of the conceptual work. We are convinced that public involvement in planning and design of your project results in better design and a positive experience for your institution and community.

We have set the standard for and continue to be known throughout the country for our practice and belief in High Performance Design, which results in a comfortable, humane and efficient building. Honored with over 100 design awards, our work is frequently published in local and national media and our partners lecture across the United States on topics pertaining to High Performance Design, community input processes, and general architecture.
