Located on the Ohio Riverfront in downtown Evansville, this new Entertainment District will serve as a substantial contributor and catalyst to the City’s ongoing Downtown revitalization efforts as well as having a far reaching positive impact throughout Downtown as the area further establishes itself as a vibrant and vital destination for visitors from within as well as outside our local region.

The project’s concept architecture and design are intended to create a cohesive, timeless, memorable and engaging Downtown destination and will feature a new, upscale 100-room premiere boutique hotel, a multi venue entertainment facility providing dining and entertainment alternatives new and unique to the area, all centered around a new riverfront park. The Downtown Waterfront Entertainment District project will be built on the currently vacant waterfront 7-acre land parcel adjacent to the Casino Aztar facility.
