The Windsor Residence Halls are five self-contained residence halls with 80 resident rooms. This five phase renovation consists of upgrading interior finishes and reconfiguring the basement and first floors into living/learning and administrative spaces, all while maintaining the historical aesthetic of each building. All bathroom and restroom spaces will be reconfigured to better accommodate the Windsor Halls residents. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems will be replaced, and each building will be brought up to current accessibility codes.
