Renovation of this facility will be completed in three phases and will breathe new life into the 34-year-old facility. Life safety and energy efficiency of the building will be significantly enhanced.

VPS provided full scope architecture and engineering for this 285,000 s.f., 252 2-bedroom apartment complex renovation project.

The three-wing building, constructed in 1964, received new finishes in all of the apartments and corridors, and the majority of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems were upgraded or replaced, effectively adding 30-40 years to the complex. Also included in the project is a new fire alarm and sprinkler system, new windows and balcony rehabilitation.
