These four USI Residence Halls are the first in a series of twelve student facilities to be constructed to accommodate the university’s rapid growth. Situated on a wooded hillside on the south end of campus, these four-story structures each provide 51 four-student suites, 12 resident assistant suites and one resident coordinator suite.

Main ancillary features include two four-station computer labs and one student lounge on each floor, plus multi-purpose recreational rooms, a main lobby, a laundry facility and an administrative main office. VPS was retained to oversee the design and construction of all current and future residence halls.

VPS served as Executive Architects on this project. Ratio Architects completed initial designs.
