Maple Ridge Elementary School is a 100,000 square foot K-6 school with all-day kindergarten. Shaped somewhat like a giant figure 8 around two interior courtyards, all classrooms benefit from plentiful natural daylight.

Daylit breakout areas provided in three classroom pods encourage flexible use and future conversion to classrooms. Courtyards function as outdoor learning stations. Integrated Pest Management was an important part of the landscape design.
