Conceived in a well-attended community design charrette, Thorntown Public Library’s new 10,500 square-foot addition more than triples the size of this historic Carnegie building. Improvements include elevator access to all areas, expanded parking, two new entries, new energy-efficient HVAC, electrical and technology systems.
